Well Meg has said it all so I don't really have anything to add although I have considered going home to give Mum a break from the children but Mum won't have it and I don't want to leave, 'just in-case'...
Hokey is here doing school work and not at all pleased about it. He's trying everything on to get out of it but already I have let him slack off enormously only doing one page pf work a day where he should have been doing three!
Yes Mark does look great and it's GREAT to see him again. He's been staying up at Gregs in Megs bed. Meg has been staying here at Mums, sleeping on a matress in the lounge. She is a blessing too. She is on top of all Mums appointments and runs around cooking and organising everything.
Aunty Cec' is a godsend, it really pleases Mum to have her here as she has often said "I'd like to ask Cec' to come down but I don't want to be a bother".
Aunty Kell, I'm so pleased to hear Uncle Peter is on top of the list and we pray a 'space' becomes available real soon. We are all thinking of you.

Hello everyone
I have just jumped on here quickly to catch up. I wont comment at this time on all the past boggs I have just read. But it is nice to read them and everyones joyful moments, dont think the bats would be too joyful. In Jan 2009 when Jacob and I stayed at Woolgoolga I remember the horrible stink of an evening when we walked along the beach, it was the bats urine and it was rank.
I just wanted you all to know we thank you for all the phone calls about Mum. She is not doing so well and is so frail weighing in at 38kg. There is a lesion 6.1cm on her right lung that was not there in November. She saw the oncologist last Thursday and is having a bronchoscopy tomorrow to get tissue samples for a biopsy to see what sort of lesion it may be. The oncologist- Dr Arnold said that chemotherapy would not be an option as it would kill mum before the cancer would. He said that radiation therapy may be an option if the rest of her lung tissue is viable and can withstand the treatment. To find this out she has to have Pulmonary Function Tests which have been booked for the middle of March!!! So that is where we are up to.
Aunty Ces and Uncle Ray are here staying with Toni and coming over each day to be a support to Mum. We certaininly appreciate the support and so does Mum. Toni commented the other day that Aunty Ces was her angel, I said yes but she didnt have the monopoly on her that Aunty Ces was all our angel and so she is.
It is so hard to see mum all wrinkles and bone, no fat on her at all. and for all you skinny people out there let this be a lesson, you need condition on you in case you do fall ill. At least your body has some reserves to help it cope.
Sara and the kids have been staying at mums. And mum has enjoyed having them there. It is a bit taxing for her at times but she would not have it any other way.
So for all your thoughts and prayers I thank you, and to Peter Tully, my rock thanks mate I love you and know you are always there for me. Thanks for coming over in my time of need.
Mark the brother is here too and a blessing that is. He looks a million dollars and it is so good to have him here with us at this time. Kenny and Bernice will be here on the weekend too, so we can all catch up and Mum would love that.
I wont go on because I dont feel like it at the moment, but will keep you all updated as time goes on.
