Good evening to anyone who comes to the blog!! And what a time I have had trying to get on here. I got a new computer a few months ago, and it did not want me to be in contact with Australia!! My computer guru came today and I told him he wasn't leaving till he got it going. So here I am, with nothing to say! Have been trying to get some letters written but have too much else on the go so not enough time. Trouble is, I left it too late to write! I was hoping to be free of Christmas Cheer now, but it hasn't happened, so I have another year of it governing my life! Will get the hampers out next week I hope then have some time to ourselves.
I have to go to Morden (40 miles or so) on Monday to get new glasses. Have some cataracts growing and a bit of Macular degeneration going on, so more pills and very expensive glasses. I hope to get some shopping done while there, we don't have much in the way of shops here.
OK, that's it for now. Cup of tea, tub and bed. It is only 8.45pm, but cold and I am tired, so a bit of TV before sleep. I will get on here again, now that I can, before Christmas. But in case I miss someone, have a great, healthy and happy Christmas. And love to all. Please write!! Mona
